Job Description

    As a Senior Bookkeeper at Safebooks Global, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential support to clients. Your responsibilities will include reconciling bank, credit card, and loan accounts, preparing financial reports, assisting with year-end closing, and guiding junior staff members.To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping and accounting. Proficiency in accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online, as well as advanced skills in Excel, is required. Your attention to detail, time management abilities, and strong communication skills will be essential in liaising with clients and meeting deadlines effectively.Having certifications in Xero or MYOB, experience in a KPO/BPO setting with Australian clients, or knowledge of budgeting and cash flow forecasting would be advantageous.
