Job Description

    Job DetailsWe are looking for an Associate Project Lead with 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have a strong background in Core Java, Java EE, Oracle and PL/SQL, Spring, Spring MVC, Angular JS and RESTEasy. As a leader for implementation of projects and managing deliveries, the candidate will work directly with customers to identify the necessary activities required for implementation and follow through to ensure that those are performed on time and with high quality.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, implement, and maintain application software.Design, implement and maintain complex database schemas using Oracle and PL/SQL.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.Work with existing codebases to enhance functionality and performance.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Develop project plans and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.Monitor customer issues to ensure resolution in a timely manner.Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.Mentor employees by shadowing and providing timely and constructive feedback on performance.Must be well versed with Agile methodology.Possess strong capabilities to lead the project and execute the same with strong and successful deliverables to the client.,
