Job Description

    We are Actively Hiring !AGM / Senior Manager Cyber SecurityLocation: Bhat, GujaratExperience: 8-10 YearsCTC: 15-20 LPAJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Cyber Security professional to lead and strengthen the organizations information security framework. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise cybersecurity, OT/IT security, cloud security, compliance, and risk management within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
    • Secure both Operational Technology (OT) and enterprise IT infrastructure across manufacturing facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GAMP, ISO 27001, and Data Integrity guidelines.
    • Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, SIEM monitoring, EDR/XDR management, and incident response.
    • Manage cloud security across Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
    • Strengthen Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust security architecture.
    • Conduct IT risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Manage third-party/vendor security assessments and compliance.
    • Drive cybersecurity awareness initiatives and business continuity planning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure digital transformation.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 810 years of experience in Cyber Security with leadership exposure.
    • Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
    • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA will be an added advantage.
