Job Description

Role Overview:As a member of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all operational functions of the branch with zero errors. Your role will involve ensuring high quality service, internal and external customer satisfaction, timely submission of regulatory reports, and participating in process improvement exercises. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and control all operational functions of the branch with zero errors- Coordinate with centralized operations teams to maintain high quality service- Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports- Participate in process improvement exercises within branch/cluster- Identify areas for productivity enhancement and cost reduction- Initiate team meetings internally within Ops and with business teams, sharing minutes with stakeholders- Perform any other duties assigned by the branch Head as requiredQualifications Required:- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in General Branch Banking Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity- Graduation degree in any discipline, additional qualifications in Banking/Finance/Law or MBA would be an advantage- Knowledge of branch banking operations, regulatory and compliance aspects- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer relations and coordination- Leadership and management skills- Proficiency in computer systems and software packages for banking products and services- Analytical skillsPlease note that we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with professional development opportunities in a dynamic environment that values your contributions.
