Job Description

    You are a self-driven professional interested in a career in Consulting Practice within the niche Banking Domain, specifically focusing on FCCM (Anti-financial crime) practice. You will be supporting Senior Consultants & Project Managers and collaborating with talented business and technology consultants. Your role will involve delivering business-focused solutions for clients using Oracle products, tools, and technologies. With your Anti-financial crime domain experience and FCCM product skills, you will work on specific project tasks to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. Through extensive training and experience, you will have the opportunity to grow into a team lead, project manager, or Subject Matter Expert in Business domain or Solution Architecture, with full accountability for project outcomes.**Key Responsibilities:**- Operate independently to deliver quality work products to engagements- Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs- Lead solution design and implementation in engagements- Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members- Consult with management of customer organizations- Participate in business development activities- Develop and lead detailed solutions for projects- Continuously learn and build expertise on various FCCM product stack- Conduct business analysis for customer requirements- Elucidate requirements and discuss with customers and Oracle teams- Evaluate business requirements against application features- Prepare functional specifications for requirements in AML scenarios, KYC, ECM, Customer Screening, & Transactions Filtering- Develop functional/business test plans for Customization- Conduct functional testing of developed customizations- Adhere to Oracle internal processes- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders in Oracle- Work with customers and partners for the delivery of Oracle deliverables**Qualifications Required:**- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Science, or Accounting and Finance from a Top-tier institute- 10 years of field experience- 8 years as a Functional Consultant in AML products like SaS AML, FCCM, NICE Actimize, AML Norkom, Detica NetReveal, Feedzai, SEON, Hawk Ai, Silent Eight- 4 years in implementing FCCM as a Tech Consultant in Financial Crime Compliance Management- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Banks AML compliance teams,
