Service Engineer

Job Description

Pahwa Group is looking for Service Engineers to provide technical service support through installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of company equipment at customer sites, ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimum downtime.Key Responsibilities
• Carry out installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment at customer sites Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per service schedules Provide on-site technical support and training to customers/operators Prepare service reports, visit reports, and maintenance documentation Coordinate with internal teams for spares, technical clarifications, and escalations Ensure adherence to safety standards and company service protocols Identify upselling opportunities for AMC, spares, and retrofits Maintain tools, instruments, and service inventory Travel to customer sites as per service requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or ITI (relevant trade)
• 2-6 years of experience in servicing industrial equipment / capital goods / HVAC / automation systems
• Hands-on experience in field service and customer handling
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
• Knowledge of PLC basics and control panels will be an added advantage
