Job Description

    The Nutrition Manager will oversee the development and implementation of nutrition programs and policies in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This full-time position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors degree or higher and have a Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.As a Nutrition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nutrition programs and initiatives to promote healthy eating habits and improve overall nutritional status. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs, providing nutritional counseling and guidance to individuals, groups, and communities based on their specific needs and goals.To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of nutrition science, food safety, and dietary guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting effectively with diverse backgrounds. Your leadership abilities will be crucial in managing a team of nutritionists and dietitians, ensuring that program goals are met.You will need to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance program strategies. Staying updated with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition is essential. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and organizations to integrate nutrition services into existing healthcare programs is also a key aspect of this role.Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as food suppliers and community organizations, to support program objectives. Regular reporting on program activities, outcomes, and recommendations to management and stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities.Overall, as a Nutrition Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines to maintain the highest level of quality and safety in nutrition services.,
