TM Softech constantly upgrades Auto Bank with better features, modules and technology including Online Banking Solution, Mobile App, Internet Banking and Business Intelligence Module.Skills:We are looking for a Software Support Engineer position. for minimum 1 Year experience. The Software Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and software development for the companys Core Banking Platform and ancillary modules. The engineer should be able to work with customers to solve their problems and provide exceptional customer service.Responsibilities: Work as a Team Member and report to respective Team Leader Work on respective Cases as per assigned by Team Leader in CRM Maintain Records of Cases attended and. resolved. Talk with Customer and give Support of Software through Remote Connection Tool If required, then meet with Team Leader for assigned Cases in CRM Learning of New Release and Enhancements of Software as and when required Guide to Customers for Various Options of Software through Remote Connection ToolQualifications Strong technical knowledge and experience in Software Support and Troubleshooting Experience in Software Development Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. Experience in the banking/financial industry is a plus.
