Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Software Tester at our company, you will be part of a team focusing on ERP applications used internationally, with a specific emphasis on Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of ERP modules throughout the entire process, ensuring stability, accuracy, and user-friendliness across various platforms. It is essential for you to have fluent English skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across different locations during Canadian working hours.Key Responsibilities:- Review and understand ERP system specifications and functional requirements.- Develop, design, and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP modules.- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.- Assist international teams in downloading, configuring, and validating ERP builds.- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp.- Collaborate with developers, project managers, vendors, and support teams across different time zones.- Validate resolutions and perform post-release testing.- Maintain detailed test documentation and QA reports.- Communicate with overseas stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing (manual or automated), preferably with ERP or enterprise applications.- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla.- Ability to create detailed test cases and clear bug reports.- Basic knowledge of software deployment and configuration across systems.- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).- Availability to work during Canadian shift hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST).- Capable of attending the office in Ahmedabad twice a week for 2 hours each day, with the rest of the work conducted from home.Please note that the job primarily involves working in the evening shift and requires in-person attendance at the Ahmedabad office twice a week.Location:Preferred location for the role would be in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.,
