Our ultimate vision is to make India a leading country in the field of renewable energy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Design Manager. The Solar Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities related to solar design and engineering projects. This includes reviewing and approving engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and support. The Solar Design Manager will also be involved in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Qualifications Strong knowledge of solar design and engineering principles Proficiency in design software and engineering drawing tool Experience with Govt. regulations related to solar power plant projects Excellent project management and leadership skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelors degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field Previous experience in the solar industry is preferred,
