Job Description

    As a member of Forestlinc Tech Private Limited, you will be actively involved in the companys mission of not just building systems but growing a forest. Our philosophy of Design to Outcome ensures that we go beyond delivery to make a lasting impact.Your role will involve several key responsibilities, including sourcing suppliers by identifying and evaluating vendors for both project and internal requirements, with a focus on ELV system OEMs. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders by preparing rate comparisons, obtaining approvals, and creating accurate POs that align with project and site needs. Tracking orders, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring timely material availability to support billing and project timelines will also be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address challenges that may arise post-order. Ensuring quality and compliance by verifying that materials meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for maintaining procurement records and generating regular reports on order status and procurement activities.To excel in this role, you should possess strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking abilities, and effective communication skills.
