Job Description

The job involves leading and managing a QA/QC team to ensure quality assurance in fabrication processes, implementing Total Quality Management systems, reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications, conducting inspection and testing activities, and maintaining quality documentation. Additionally, the role requires interfacing with internal departments, clients, and third-party inspectors, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with ISO and other quality system requirements.The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 7 years of experience in QA/QC in heavy engineering fabrication, ASNT NDT Level II certification or higher, a strong understanding of fabrication standards, welding procedures, and testing techniques, proven leadership skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and familiarity with ISO, ASME, AWS, or equivalent industry standards.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person. As part of the application process, candidates are required to answer questions regarding their experience with ASNT Level II and provide details about their current CTC.,
