Job Description

Role Overview:You will be responsible for conducting research and development activities in the manufacturing Chemical Industries. Your main focus will be on R&D in the Organic Chemistry field, specifically in areas like surfactant synthesis, Emulsion polymerization, Ethylene oxide, and propylene oxide derivatives. Your role will involve conducting physicochemical analysis, pilot plant activities, and scale-up processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing analysis methods for new products and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the R&D laboratory. You will report directly to the Head of R&D.Key Responsibilities:- Knowledge and experience in surfactant synthesis and its application- Familiarity with Emulsion polymerization used in industries like paint and textile- Understanding of Ethylene oxide and propylene oxide derivatives- Hands-on experience in conducting physicochemical analysis- Ability to carry out R&D experiments, maintain records, and report findings- Development of analysis methods for new products- Ensuring the housekeeping and safety of the R&D laboratory- Preparation of log sheets for new products, raw material consumption, daily development status, and planning reports- Observation, analysis, calculation, and evaluation of laboratory results to improve processesQualifications Required:- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing Chemical Industries in the R&D DepartmentAdditional Details:N/A,
