Job Description

    As a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer at MLVeda, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical implementation of B2C Commerce (SFCC) projects. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and performant eCommerce experiences. Your responsibilities will include customizing and extending SFCC using ISML, JavaScript, and Demandware Scripts, working with controllers, pipelines, jobs, and services for custom business logic, and ensuring performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to best practices.You will be expected to lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud solutions, collaborate with architects, project managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and clients, guide and mentor junior developers, establish development standards, and contribute to architectural decisions and scalability planning. Additionally, you will participate in agile ceremonies, manage tasks via tools like JIRA/Confluence, and stay up-to-date with SFCC roadmap, features, and eCommerce trends.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification, have at least 5 years of total development experience with a minimum of 2 years in SFCC, a strong command over SFCC back-end components, experience with SFRA, and proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and ISML templates. Knowledge of cartridge-based architecture, multi-site setup, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and working in agile teams with version control is essential.Nice to have skills include knowledge of Salesforce Core, familiarity with Headless Commerce or MACH architecture, exposure to DevOps and containerization, and previous experience with performance audits and A/B testing.
