We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing retail stores, with a strong background in the gems, jewelry, fashion, or retail industry. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.Responsibilities :- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store meets and exceeds performance goals.- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales.- Train and develop staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to enhance their skills and performance.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.Requirements :- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the gems, jewelry, fashion, or retail industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive performance.- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.Benefits :- Competitive salary of 6 LPA.- Health insurance and other benefits.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Dynamic and supportive work environment in Ahmedabad.
