Job Description

    Develop and implement sales strategies for sales mix, ticket size, conversion ratio, monthly schemeconversions, repeat buying ratio to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor and analyse sales performance on regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual), identifyareas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Foster a customer centric sales-driven culture among the store team. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures for all functions at store. Ensure efficient inventory management, minimizing stockouts and overstocks. Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Monitor and manage key financial metrics, such as store sales, expenses, inventory level, and profitmargins. Identify opportunities to improve store profitability through cost control and revenue enhancement. Conduct periodic reviews of inventory, assortment gaps, and competitor analysis, customer demandand latest trend reports. Implement and monitor systems to ensure transparency and compliance with ethical standards. Demonstrate vigilance in identifying and addressing any potential issues related to business practices. Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience by setting and maintaining high servicestandards, and execution seamless exchange experience. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Drive customer satisfaction through NPS, Non-Buyer Score, Google, and website reviews to ensurepositive experiences, implement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with regular and HNI customers, ensuring personalised service. Develop strategies to improve customer conversion, review non-converted customer database, andaction taken to drive higher conversion rates and repeat buying. Ensure compliance with all commercial and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. Implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Coach and mentor team members to facilitate performance development, career growth. Provide a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employeeengagement. Align the store with the company& culture, values, and brand image. Act as a role model for the desired behaviours and values within the organization.
