Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Team Lead - Web Technologies at this IT services company located in Ahmedabad, your role will involve guiding the team in defining technical architecture of projects, formulating strategies to gather functional requirements, planning and allocating work, monitoring development activities, managing and mentoring project teams, liaising with project managers, reviewing and improving processes, and leading the development team. You will also be responsible for improving the technical competence of the team through training and development, and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of cross-platform technologies like Flutter or React Native will be considered a plus.Key Responsibilities:- Define technical architecture of projects and finalize the DB schema- Formulate strategies with the Architect to gather functional requirements- Plan and allocate work to the team- Monitor development activities and report project progress- Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance/support to project teams- Liaise with project team and project manager as per scheduled milestones- Review and improve current processes/methodologies- Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development- Lead the development team- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsQualifications Required:- At least 4 years of programming experience- Experience in Laravel is a must- Expert level in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery)- Expert level in Object Oriented Design and MVC implementation- Experience working in a team development setting, using source code control- Intermediate-level SQL syntax (JOIN, UNION, aggregation, and conditional functions)- Intermediate-level DB design (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes)- Experience with both frontend and backend development- Knowledge of NoSQL is preferable(Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted as they were not explicitly related to the job role),
