Job Description

To manage a team of customer service personnel.
To respond directly to customers who need assistance
To resolve customers question or complaint when escalated
To conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of team members
To monitor employee performance and note areas for improvement
To improve overall department and organization efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes
To work closely with new team members to instruct them on company policies and best practices for resolving customer calls.

Skills Required:

Candidate should be from Customer Care domain only
Candidate should have completed one Year asTeam Leader on papers.
Candidate should have an understanding of Call Center KRAs/KPIs along with different verticals of Customer Care Model.

Candidate must have managed Call Center Performance metrics (Service Level, Productivity, Occupancy, Billing, CSAT, Call Quality etcONLY FEMALE CANDIDATELooking for candidate who has experience in team handling , customer support, call quality check
