Technical Head/Plant Head - ManufacturingKey Responsibilities: Spearhead the entire manufacturing lifecycle, from raw material procurement to final product dispatch, to ensure timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards. Implement Six Sigma and Lean methodologies across the shop floor to eliminate waste, reduce operational costs, and maximize throughput. Direct large-scale capital projects and automation upgrades, ensuring they are completed within budget and timeline constraints to boost plant capacity. Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP systems to maintain accurate data flow, inventory control, and real-time production visibility. Cultivate a safety-first culture by enforcing stringent industrial safety protocols and compliance measures to protect human capital and organizational assets. Lead organizational change management initiatives to align the workforce with new technological adoptions and evolving business objectives. Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages technical innovation and professional growth. Required Skillset: Demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering principles with a proven track record of managing complex, high-volume manufacturing environments. Exceptional ability to translate business goals into actionable process engineering strategies that drive measurable improvements in output and quality. Strong proficiency in project management, with the capability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product development and facility expansion projects. Advanced analytical skills, utilizing data-driven insights from ERP systems to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and process optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for navigating stakeholder relationships and leading diverse teams through organizational change. A deep commitment to maintaining international standards for quality management and industrial safety, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, preferably complemented by an advanced degree from a premier institute.
