Job Description

    As a Software Development Lead, your role involves designing and implementing robust and scalable software solutions in alignment with business requirements. You will provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed documentation of technical architecture, leading projects independently or with a team, and effectively communicating with customers. Additionally, you will translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team and ensure that the system is up to date and meets all necessary standards.Key Responsibilities:- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development.- Experience in building and maintaining enterprise web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, EF, ADO.NET, and MS SQL as the primary database.- Leading a team of more than 5 members.- Reviewing projects, code, and solutions comprehensively.- Troubleshooting code, demonstrating problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.- Developing MVC and web forms applications with expertise.- Proficiency in writing and maintaining TSQL queries.- Debugging, optimizing, and deploying TSQL queries effectively.- Improving performance, debugging, and integrating with existing services.- Taking initiative and collaborating effectively within the team.- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.- Understanding requirements, translating them into low-level design, and developing future-proof solutions.- Experience in developing and maintaining Windows services is a plus.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.- Proficient in .NET Framework, .NET Core, EF, ADO.NET, and MS SQL.- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading a team.- Expertise in reviewing projects, code, and solutions.- Ability to troubleshoot code, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.- Strong experience in MVC and web forms application development.- Excellent TSQL query writing and maintenance skills.- Strong debugging, optimization, and deployment of TSQL queries.- Ability to improve performance, debug, and integrate with existing services.- Initiative-taking and collaborative attitude.- Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Understanding of requirements and translating them into low-level design.About the Company:The company offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise solutions and explore new technologies and frameworks under the guidance of accomplished solution architects and industry leaders.
