Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, along with the following qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the building materials or construction chemicals sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of construction chemicals, tiles, and building materials.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
