Job Description

    You will be joining a fast-growing US-based company as a Hardware Technician based in Ahmedabad, India. Your main responsibilities will include:- Configuring hardware bundles for the retail point-of-sale system- Assisting customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting defective hardware- Conducting warranty repairs and coordinating with manufacturers for warranty claims- Supporting software technicians in helping customers- Creating documentation and guides for software and hardwareYou will need to work evening and night shifts to cover the US-based time zone and be physically present in the office in Iskon Crossroads, Ahmedabad. Your shifts will be 10 hours with a 1-hour break for 5 rotating days a week, with 2 holidays per week. Fluency in English is a must for this role.Desired qualifications for the role include:- Basic networking knowledge- Comfort with the Windows operating system- Ability to quickly learn new software and hardware- Strong problem-solving skills- Degrees, certifications, and experience are preferred but not requiredThis position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the tech field and work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
