Job Description

    Role Overview:TVS Motor Company, a renowned two and three-wheeler manufacturer globally, is seeking a Territory Service Manager (2W) to implement the companys service standards and policies at preowned vehicles outlets. As the Territory Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping dealers grow their service business and improving customer satisfaction in the assigned territories.Key Responsibilities:- Improve the service business of dealers by enhancing service operational efficiency in the workshop, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and profitability.- Ensure the availability of genuine parts supplied by TVSM recommended sources.- Enhance the PSF (Pre Sales Feedback) score through service process audits, taking corrective actions to elevate service standards at the workshop, and promptly addressing specific details that require immediate attention.- Proactively contact customers through telephone or personal meetings to understand their expectations, take necessary measures, and assist dealers in resolving customer complaints within 48 hours.- Elevate the capability level of the dealers service team by providing on-the-job training in product knowledge, service repair standards, special tools, customer handling skills, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, update the mechanics knowledge through competitor model training.- Focus on turnaround time and ensure trouble-free vehicles for preowned 2-wheeler customers.Qualification Required:- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree preferred.- Behavioural Competencies: Technical Expertise, Interpersonal Relationship, Operational Excellence, Leadership and People Management, Customer Focus.- Required Work Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in the automotive industry.Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted for brevity.,
