We are hiring a Territory Service Manager (Individual Contributor) responsible for managing complete service operations, customer support, and service revenue within theWestern Region.This is a hands-on techno-commercial role with direct responsibility for installations, troubleshooting, AMCs, and customer relationship management.Location: Ahmedabad / Pune / MumbaiIndustry: Material Testing Equipment / Calibration / Lab Testing InstrumentsExperience: 5 - 10 YearsKey Responsibilities1 Service & Technical SupportInstallation, commissioning, and demonstration of material testing equipment.Attend breakdown calls and perform root cause analysis.Execute preventive maintenance and calibration support.Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical faults independently.Ensure adherence to service SLAs.2 Territory OwnershipManage entire assigned region independently.Plan travel schedule and customer visits efficiently.Maintain service reports and documentation.3 Service Revenue GenerationDrive AMC / CMC conversions.Generate revenue through spares, upgrades, and retrofit solutions.Identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities.4 Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong long-term relationships with industrial clients.Handle escalations independently.Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
