This is an ERP system for mid-size to large enterprises. It is the most robust, scalable, and functionally rich enterprise resource planning system in the Microsoft Dynamics family of products.Role responsibilities: Assist Business Process workshops in liaising with client to gauge their business requirements, study existing processes and accordingly devising solutions to help them attain the desired business state. Analyzing business processes, determining gaps with desired state of business and suggesting solutions. Assist in workshops where the customer requirements will be analyzed and translated from Business Requirements into Functional and Technical Requirements. Prepare Business Analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, FDD, User Manuals, Requirement Traceability Matrix etc.) Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Application configuration and setup. Map the business scenarios in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365. User Acceptance Testing. Provide Functional level training to end users. Handling change requests (CR) and maintain related documents.
