As a Travel Designer - FIT Specialist.Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget, ensuring a tailored travel experience & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while presenting the designed itineraries.Itinerary Design: Create and curate bespoke itineraries for domestic and international travel, incorporating unique experiences and luxury accommodations.Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end hotels, tour operators, and local guides to secure the best offerings for clients.Travel Logistics: Handle all aspects of travel logistics, including flights, transfers, and special requests, ensuring a seamless travel experience.Market Research: Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and experiences to provide informed recommendations to clients.Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during the clients journey, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.Feedback and Improvement: Collect client feedback post-travel to continually enhance service offerings and refine travel experiences.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in luxury travel design or a related role.Strong knowledge of domestic and international luxury destinations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to design unique and compelling itineraries.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.Working in TeamExperience with high-net-worth (HNI) clientele.Familiarity with luxury travel marketing trends.,
