Job Description

    As a Travel Coordinator at our company, your role will involve booking travel arrangements for employees or clients, both domestic and international. You will be responsible for creating detailed itineraries, coordinating with various travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences. Your customer service skills will be key as you assist travelers with queries, changes, cancellations, or emergencies.Key Responsibilities:- Book flight, hotel, rental car, and other transportation arrangements- Create detailed itineraries for travelers- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and service providers- Provide excellent customer service to assist travelers- Manage travel budgets, expenses, reimbursements, and track spending- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines- Organize travel logistics for events, conferences, or corporate meetingsQualifications Required:- Prior experience in booking travel arrangements- Strong organizational and communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently- Knowledge of budget management and adherence to policies- Flexibility to work 6 days a week and be available for 24/7 rotational shiftsIn addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be involved in ensuring all travel documents are in order, assisting travelers with necessary paperwork, and maintaining compliance with company travel policies and guidelines, including budgetary constraints and travel restrictions. Your role will also extend to organizing travel logistics for events, conferences, or corporate meetings by arranging transportation, accommodation, and other necessary arrangements.
