Job Description

    ResponsibilitiesThe UI/UX Designer will be responsible for: Developing user interface designs for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and enhance user experience. Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience. Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Working closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design elements.ExperienceQualifications 8 years of proven experience in UI/UX design within the Information Technology. industry. Demonstrated expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with measurable results. Experience working in an Agile development environment.Education Qualification Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Certification required Certification in UI/UX Design or related field is a plus.Behavioural Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Adaptability and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.Technical Skills Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI implementation. Experience with user research techniques and usability testing. Understanding of front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.Non-Negotiable Skills Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design. Proven ability to create impactful user interfaces and experiences. Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects,
