Dear Candidate,We are hiring in Cluster Head for Life insurance Industry in Agency channel.Post-Cluster HeadCTC-Upto 9LACQualification-GraduationBand:4ACTC:7-8 LPAAge :30-40 yearsKey Specifications:Experience:Minimum of 5-10 years in the Life Insurance industry.Team Handling:At least 2-3 years of experience managing FLS (Field Sales Leaders) managers.Background:Candidates should ideally come from an Agency channel, though Banca channel experience will be considered.Location:Must have been residing in the same city for the past 2-3 years.Preference:Preference will be given to former employees of MLI (Max Life InsuranKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of ADRMs and Advisors.Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of ADRMs and advisors.
• Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
• Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
• Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
• Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors.MEASURES OF SUCCESSNew Business Premium Sourced
