Job Description

    Wealth Relationship Manager (WRM)focuses onclient acquisition, asset gathering (MFs, PMS, AIFs, FDs), and growing AUM/SIPsby meeting clients, understanding needs, offering investment solutions (equity, derivatives, MFs, PMS), and ensuring high service, requiring skills like communication, relationship building, and a mandatory NISM certification (like Series 5) for driving revenue targets and client wealth creation.Key Responsibilities
    • Client Acquisition & Growth:Acquire new clients and reactivate inactive ones; achieve targets for new client activation and assets.
    • Asset Gathering:Collect assets for various products like Mutual Funds (MFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Corporate FDs, etc.
    • AUM & SIP Growth:Increase overall Assets Under Management (AUM) and build the clients SIP book.
    • Client Servicing:Regular client meetings (2-3/day), ensuring high service levels, and connecting with mapped clients to boost revenue.
    • Product Sales:Drive business by cross-selling wealth management products.
    • Market Insight:Advise clients on market conditions.
    Key Skills & Qualifications
    • NISM Certification:Mandatory NISM Series 5 (Mutual Funds) or NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) for equity roles.
    • Sales Acumen:Go-getter attitude, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Product Knowledge:Understanding of MFs, PMS, AIF, Equity, Derivatives, etc.
    • Relationship Building:Ability to build strong customer relationships.
