As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant at Next Generation Technology Solutions (NGTS), your role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements. You will customize ServiceNow modules, conduct requirement analysis, integrate third-party applications, and provide technical expertise to enhance workflows and processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, platform optimization, and staying updated on emerging ServiceNow trends are essential to deliver high-value solutions for clients.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.- Customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.- Conduct thorough requirement analysis to understand client needs.- Integrate third-party applications with the ServiceNow platform.- Provide technical expertise to optimize workflows and processes.- Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends for continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform-related skills, including architecture, configuration, and module customization.- Strong experience in requirement analysis, workflow development, and system integrations with third-party tools.- Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant frameworks for ServiceNow.- Familiarity with ITIL practices, IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in ServiceNow are highly preferred.- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with global teams.
