Job Description

A Channel Sales Manager sometimes referred to as a sales manager or sales executive, oversees a group of sales representatives in order to generate revenue for the business. They are in charge of establishing sales targets, finding new clients, and preserving existing ones. Roles and responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the efforts to secure them.
  • Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
  • Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
  • Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
  • Ensuring all staff exercise good time management
  • Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
Candidate requirement
  • Bachelors degree or graduation in any field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
  • Age 21 to 38 years.
