SurvivorSupport Financial CounselingGoldman Sachs Aycos SurvivorSupport Financial Counseling service is a unique benefit designed to bring expertise and empathy to help individuals manage the financial implications of losing a loved one. SurvivorSupport provides estate settlement guidance and personal financial planning from a dedicated, trained advisor who can help survivors navigate through a time of crisis.We are currently seeking candidates with exceptional written and verbal communication skills from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The analyst will work both independently and in a team environment by performing time-sensitive daily tasks in support of a functional area of the business. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.Your ImpactA SurvivorSupport Analyst will serve as a liaison between Goldman Sachs Ayco and our institutional clients, to facilitate initiation of the SurvivorSupport service for potential individual clients and to enhance our institutional relationships by demonstrating the value of our service through SurvivorSupport metrics and program reviews. In addition, the Analyst will assist in conducting market research, collecting and analyzing internal performance data for auditing and quality control purposes, as well as documenting institutional client meetings.Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, records and reports to help maintain, organize and track data and information as necessary
  • Perform database maintenance and analysis
  • Prepare meeting agendas and presentations
  • Take, transcribe and publish meeting notes
  • Manage the scheduling process for our clients and financial advisors
  • Develop functional documentation on current and proposed processes, including workflows and procedures
  • Serve as liaison between Goldman Sachs Ayco & our institutional and individual prospective SurvivorSupport clients
  • Perform time-sensitive tasks related to the daily operations of the business
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (ex. Outlook, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and across business lines
  • Experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service preferred
Salary RangeThe expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $55,000-$75,000.
