Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing at UPRIO, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, enrolling students into free programs, and converting them into paid subscribers. This full-time, individual contributor field role will require you to work closely with parents, students, and schools to manage the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement. Your schedule will be from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM, with Sundays off. You will be based in Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai, or Hyderabad, and the total CTC offered is 10 LPA (8 LPA fixed, 2 LPA variable, plus travel allowance).Key Responsibilities:- Activate schools and promote UPRIOs platform- Enroll students into free trial batches- Convert free users into paid subscribers- Drive renewals, retention, and follow-upsQualifications Required:- Good English communication skills- Background in EdTech, Education, or B2C sales preferred- Open to regular fieldwork (schools, events) with your own 2-wheeler- Minimum experience of 1 year in ed-tech, B2C sales, or field salesIf you are passionate about transforming education and building something impactful, we encourage you to apply by sharing your CV to the email address mentioned with the subject line AD - Sales Application .
