    Role Overview:You will be working as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Apex Sourcing & Info Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Sarita Vihar. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, providing support, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, manage customer interactions through various communication channels, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.- Providing support to customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.- Managing customer interactions across multiple communication channels.- Contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience.Qualifications:- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.- Experience in improving Customer Experience and maintaining high-quality interactions.- Excellent communication skills in English and one additional language.- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.- Previous customer service experience in a professional setting is a plus.
