    As a Customer Service Representative at e-ProfitBooster UK, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services. Your daily tasks will include maintaining service quality standards, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and support processes.Key Responsibilities:- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.- Ability to manage and enhance Customer Experience in a Customer Service Representative capacity.- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.- Comfort with using CRM or ticketing tools, basic IT literacy, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.- Prior experience in customer service or help desk roles is preferred but not mandatory.
