    You will be joining RidenRoll, a fast-growing transportation support platform that empowers solo drivers and fleet companies across the U.S. by providing technology, backend support, and transparent fare systems. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be crucial in onboarding new drivers, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance, and addressing any queries they may have during the application process.Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify driver applications, background checks, and necessary documentation.- Ensure that driver submissions are complete and meet RidenRolls onboarding standards.- Respond to driver inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.- Provide clear information on the onboarding process, program requirements, and account issues.- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and updates in internal systems.- Collaborate with other departments to address escalated issues and enhance onboarding workflows.Qualifications:- 1 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or document processing.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and verify sensitive information.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in CRM systems, email platforms, and common office tools.- Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Friendly, patient, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.Preferred:- Experience in transportation, gig economy, or driver onboarding support.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.In addition to a competitive hourly rate or salary, you will benefit from flexible scheduling options, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team culture at RidenRoll.
