Job Description

    Role Overview:You are a client-facing International Voice Process Executive with 2-6 years of experience, responsible for interacting effectively with global clients to ensure a superior customer experience. Your role demands exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (US/UK/AU regions) via voice calls- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with professionalism and clarity- Understand client requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through quality service- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication- Document customer interactions and updates in CRM systems- Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, QA scores)- Identify opportunities for process improvement or upselling (if applicable)- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teamsQualifications Required:- Excellent spoken English with neutral/global accent- Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally- Active listening and problem-solving abilities- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)- Ability to work in night/rotational shifts- Graduate in any discipline- 2-6 years of experience in International Voice / Client-Facing rolesPreferred Skills:- Experience handling global clients (US/UK/AU markets)- Exposure to customer support, service delivery, or account management- Sales or cross-selling experience (for blended processes)- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask Role Overview:You are a client-facing International Voice Process Executive with 2-6 years of experience, responsible for interacting effectively with global clients to ensure a superior customer experience.
