Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Associate at Qubrid, you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day quoting, ordering, reporting, and other order and supply management tasks. Your strong English language skills will be essential as you communicate regularly with customers via video, phone, and email. Your role will not involve sales targets but will focus on finding leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with US and global customers through various channels- Utilize social media platforms to generate leads and engage with potential customers- Work closely with suppliers to obtain pricing, check inventory, and create orders- Follow up with vendors to track order status and provide updates to customers- Enter pricing information into e-commerce systems accurately- Develop a comprehensive understanding of server hardware and computer systems- Utilize Quickbooks Online Accounting Software for efficient order and account management- Manage accounts receivables, accounts payable functions, and vendor relationships- Maintain organized records, track product sales, and generate reports as needed- Demonstrate strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently and remotely- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interactions- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or call center roles is preferred- Familiarity with office administration tasks is a plus- A degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field is advantageousPlease note that this is a full-time position, and the working hours may require late-night shifts until 4 AM to overlap with USA working times.
