Job Description

    Role Overview:As the Deputy Director HR (HRBP) at our company, you will serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to senior academic and administrative leadership. Your key responsibilities will include aligning people strategies with institutional objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and change management initiatives across assigned schools, departments, and functions. You will play a crucial role in partnering with Deans, Directors, Functional Heads, and senior stakeholders to build a high-performance culture and ensure the effective implementation of HR programs that support organizational growth and excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary HR partner to academic and functional leadership teams.- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into people strategies and workforce plans.- Lead talent review and succession planning processes for critical roles and leadership positions.- Drive the performance management framework to ensure alignment between individual goals and organizational objectives.- Design and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance the employee experience and organizational commitment.- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and grievance management.- Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify capability gaps and drive leadership development initiatives.- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.- Analyze HR analytics to recommend interventions that improve organizational effectiveness.Qualification Required:- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent masters degree.- Additional certifications in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Coaching, or Change Management will be advantageous.Desired Candidate Profile:You should have 1218 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant expertise in HR Business Partnering and strategic HR leadership roles. Experience in Higher Education Institutions, Universities, EdTech organizations, Consulting firms, Professional Services, or large knowledge-based organizations is preferred. Your core competencies should include strategic HR partnering, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and change management.
