    Role Overview:You will be joining The Hustler Collective as a full-time Digital Marketing Strategist- Google Ads located in South Delhi. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital marketing platforms, analyzing performance metrics, conducting market and audience research, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance growth. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with different teams to implement and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient budget allocation.Key Responsibilities:- Execute and optimize online paid campaigns, focusing on Google Ads, PPC advertising, and campaign management.- Utilize digital marketing analytics tools for data interpretation and measurement of ROI.- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other third-party ad platforms.- Implement keyword research, campaign optimizations, and A/B testing methodologies effectively.- Develop budget allocation strategies and optimize costs for digital campaigns.- Apply analytical thinking to analyze datasets and extract actionable insights.- Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to work efficiently across teams and stakeholders.- Stay updated on current digital marketing trends and tools to enhance strategies.Qualifications:- Proficiency in online paid campaigns, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, PPC advertising, and campaign management.- Strong skills in digital marketing analytics, data interpretation, and ROI measurement tools.- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and third-party ad platforms.- Proficient in keyword research, campaign optimizations, and A/B testing methodologies.- Ability to develop budget allocation strategies and optimize costs for digital campaigns.- Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze datasets and derive actionable insights.- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools.- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
