Job Description

    You are looking for a Digital Marketing Head to lead performance marketing efforts and scale the e-commerce business. You will be responsible for shaping the overall digital strategy for the brand and managing all aspects of current and future digital marketing and media, including the website, 3PL sites, SEO, digital advertising, social marketing, and email.**Responsibilities:**- Work with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into advertising objectives.- Strategize and conceptualize performance campaigns across all channels. Build a digital strategy for the brand and deploy digital solutions across paid, owned, and earned channels.- Scale up existing advertising channels and identify new ones to test.- Collaborate with the agency to ensure proper implementation and optimization of Facebook & Display Campaigns.- Execute search campaigns on Google & Meta and work closely with the creative team in conceptualizing and designing campaigns.- Identify and report key performance metrics, drop-offs, and opportunities in the marketing funnel for optimization.- Partner with the B2B team to build the lead generation funnel and explore new acquisition funnels across platforms, devices, and content to reduce cost per lead and overall cost per acquisition.- Own data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding for the function, continuously optimizing marketing spends.- Research strategic planning for paid and natural search campaigns and execute them to deliver defined goals consistently for ROI results.- Keep pace with SEO, search engines, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.- Have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors, critical updates, keyword selection, keyword ranking, monthly traffic analysis, Google analytics, and reports.- Design programs to increase overall customer engagement through segmented strategies.This job description does not include any additional details about the company.
