You will be joining a small, unbranded marketing services agency, First Connect Marketing, which specializes in email promotion strategies. Your role will primarily involve assisting in the creation, execution, and performance tracking of email campaigns aimed at driving engagement and conversions. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to conduct A/B testing and optimize templates based on performance data.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and executing email campaigns- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics- Implement A/B testing best practices- Optimize email templates based on performance dataQualifications Required:- Completed B.Tech, BCA, or MCA- Ability to assist in planning and executing email campaigns- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics- Knowledge of A/B testing best practicesPlease note that this position is open only to candidates with specific technical degrees like B.Tech, BCA, or MCA.
