Job Description

    As an Employee Relations Specialist at BSI, your role will involve providing expert employee relations support in the India region. You will be responsible for managing a variety of people matters, ensuring compliance and employee-centric outcomes. Your collaboration with various HR teams will contribute to the improvement of operational processes and stakeholder support, ultimately enhancing the employee experience and minimizing risks within the organization.**Key Responsibilities:**- Support and manage employee relations cases in India, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance matters, reorganizations, mutual separations, and investigations.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fair and compliant employee relations processes and outcomes.- Deliver training and education on employee relations to managers and People teams.- Work closely with People Operations and People Partnering teams to stay abreast of employment law developments and ER best practices.- Assist in developing and maintaining employee relations documentation, policies, templates, and agreements.- Analyze employee relations trends and case data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.- Support the implementation of initiatives such as Early Resolution Frameworks and continuous improvement programs.- Contribute to regional and global employee relations initiatives as part of the wider ER team.**Qualifications Required:**- Experience in managing employee relations cases within a complex business environment.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.- Exposure to employee relations matters across SEA or ANZ jurisdictions.- Experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization.- Familiarity with HR operations or broader People team environments.- Degree or professional qualification in HR, Employment Law, or a related discipline.As a global partner for numerous companies and organizations in over 193 countries, BSI has a rich history of more than 100 years.
