Job Description

    ****As the Engineering leader in our company, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced software solutions for machine vision and electromechanical systems. Your role will involve a combination of hands-on software engineering, architectural design, and technical leadership to ensure scalability, performance, and innovation in all software deliverables.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, implement, and evolve robust software architectures for machine vision applications.- Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and reusable frameworks to ensure product consistency.- Lead the architecture design reviews, technical deep dives, and code optimization sessions.- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex issues and drive systematic improvements.- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, ML, DL, edge computing, IoT integration) for strategic adoption.- Oversee technical risk assessments, solution validation, and scalability considerations across multiple projects.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.- 20 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in architectural or technical leadership roles.- Strong programming proficiency in C, C, or C#.- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, computer networks, and DBMS.- Expertise in software architecture, system design patterns, and performance optimization. ****As the Engineering leader in our company, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced software solutions for machine vision and electromechanical systems.
