Job Description

    As the Marketing Leader at the organization located in Delhi, India (Daryaganj), your role is pivotal in driving the brand positioning, consumer engagement, demand generation, and full-funnel marketing for the suite of academic and learning solutions for the healthcare community. You will work closely with product, content, sales, and technology teams to establish a cohesive growth engine across digital and print businesses. Your primary objective is to enhance the organizations brand perception in the medical education market and develop scalable growth systems for both print and digital learning solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop a strategy to leverage the organizations strong brand value in the healthcare and medical education community to facilitate growth.- Define and implement the brand strategy for academic and learning solutions across digital and offline channels.- Enhance the organizations positioning in the competitive market and increase brand recall among medical students and institutions.- Establish long-term brand equity through consistent messaging on various platforms.- Formulate a comprehensive portfolio marketing strategy that ensures a consistent brand presence across social media, physical events, and academic platforms.- Plan and execute marketing initiatives within the institutional and academic ecosystem, including conference participation, event-led brand visibility, and LBL marketing.- Utilize the organizations print catalogue to drive digital user acquisition through integrated marketing strategies.- Lead the GTM strategy for digital learning solutions, focusing on demand generation, user engagement, and commercialization.- Drive structured user engagement through CRM and lifecycle automation by creating user journeys for critical moments in the consumer life cycle.- Implement marketing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and track important user engagement metrics.**Qualifications Required:**- 10-15 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in EdTech, consumer internet, or education businesses.- MBA, preferably in marketing or related field, from a tier 1 management institute in India or a top global business school.- Strong experience in digital growth marketing, brand building, and product-led growth strategies.- Familiarity with modern marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making.- Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.By combining brand thinking with performance-driven growth execution and demonstrating an obsession with consumers and consumer research, you will be successful in this role. Your ability to translate insights into brand messaging, analytical mindset, and high ownership mindset will contribute to the revenue impact and scaling of digital and offline marketing ecosystems.
