Job Description

    As an HR Executive/HR Generalist at our organization in Delhi, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management to support organizational growth.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities effectively.- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs smoothly.- Handle attendance, leave, and HR records management efficiently.- Ensure HR documentation and statutory compliance are up to date.- Organize engaging employee retention initiatives creatively.- Support performance management processes diligently.- Manage HRMS and employee databases accurately.- Implement HR policies and employee relations practices professionally.- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and vendors seamlessly.**Qualification Required:**- MBA HR/PGDM (HR)If you have 3-6 years of experience in HR roles and possess strong recruitment and sourcing expertise, knowledge of HRMS platforms, a good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities, we encourage you to apply. Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
