Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Executive in the real estate sector, your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into site visits and sales opportunities.**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective property buyers.- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.- Explain project details, pricing, and property features to potential clients.- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to close deals.- Maintain lead data and update CRM systems regularly.- Achieve monthly lead conversion and site visit targets.**Qualifications Required:**- Excellent communication and convincing skills.- Experience in telecalling or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.- Target-driven and customer-focused approach.In addition to the above details, the salary offered for this position is as per industry standards with incentives. The work location is in person at Pune.
