Job Description

    You will be working as an Inside Sales Executive at Steeloncall Services India (Pvt.) Ltd., Indias largest e-commerce platform for steel, focusing on transforming traditional procurement in the construction and infrastructure sectors through digital innovation. Your main responsibility will involve driving revenue growth by strategically engaging with customers in various segments. Your role will require a strong commercial mindset, deep product understanding, and the ability to foster long-term business relationships from inquiries.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities targeting B2B, B2C, and D2C segments.- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into active business opportunities.- Present customized solutions to clients based on their requirements for steel or construction materials.- Generate quotes, proposals, and follow up on order confirmations to ensure timely closures.- Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.- Collaborate with the operations/logistics team for seamless delivery and post-sale support.- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using CRM systems.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to stay competitive in the market.Required Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in steel, building materials, or industrial products.- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and digital communication tools.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.About the Company:Steeloncall is expanding offline and B2B operations across South India and is focused on leveraging data for sales performance and strategic decision-making.
