Job Description

    Role Overview: Palo Alto Networks is seeking top performers to join their Inside Sales team to drive the next wave of success by converting small/medium businesses into customers. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in exceeding sales expectations, enhancing client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities: - Convert target small/medium businesses into PANW customers and manage a large number of targets - Exceed sales expectations, enhance client satisfaction, and create long-term relationships - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date forecast, document all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com - Utilize phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities, drive new business, and build & maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline - Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, drive sales campaigns, conduct product demos, and proof of concepts - Stay updated on the industry and PANWs competitive position - Collaborate with channel teams, Business Development Reps, and Sales Engineers - Ensure accuracy of account planning and forecasting in Salesforce across multiple clients and prospects Qualifications: - 3 years of experience selling to Small and Medium customers, with a substantial amount of time covering the required market(s) - Fluent in the local language(s) of the target market(s) - Experience selling a portfolio of solutions and expanding customer environments with newer solutions - Familiarity with information technology products and topics, with a drive to learn more; familiarity with cybersecurity is a plus - Proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding revenue goals - Success in working with channel partners or distributors to cover a defined territory, co-selling, and enabling partner success within the SMB landscape - Experience and success in new customer acquisition - Strong organizational, planning, communication, and negotiation skills - Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment anchored by values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity Additional Details: Palo Alto Networks Sales team works closely with large organizations worldwide to protect their digital environments.
